Bok Choi, 'Prize Choi'

Prize Choi delivers mild and succulent snow-white stems contrasted against deep green leaves. Delicious lightly sautéed in stir-fries. Our strain has been selected for several generations for upright habit, thick stems, and uniformity. Classy vase-like form.
