While much of the spinach trade has gone towards hybrids, we are happy to offer this classic open pollinated standard.  Classic savoyed leaves that chefs love and great old time spinach flavor.  Better than most OP's and even hybrids in the summer heat, but spinach really shines in spring and fall.
