Over the years fennel has become one of our favorite fresh treats from the garden.  Here's a great bulbing type that comes to us from Gathering Together Farm in OR.  Perfection delivers wonderful anise flavor, crisp texture, and superior bolt resistance.  These are great roasted with summer vegies or on the grill.
