This is one impressive overwinter cauliflower.  It takes a vernalization period to trigger heading so it will not make a head until the following spring.  Probably the biggest cauliflower head we've ever seen was a specimen of this variety grown in a Bellingham garden last spring.  A great early vegetable start to your garden each spring.  Clean white curds.
