**Heirloom**

The taste of memory lingers, linked to place,  picking up embellishments as it ages. Here you have one of our memories albeit one that has changed subtly in the nearly 15 years we have searched to recreate it. A different bean, a different color, but the Taste. The Taste is the one that now reminds us of an arched trellis of green dripping with long, flat beans that never quit and were always and only divine. Enjoy them as they sprout tall, vigorous vines and go on to produce wide, flat, yellow wax (Romano-type) beans that are extremely juicy and sweet. Fantastic to grow up North as they produce early. Can be eaten anywhere from 5-9” long while remaining tender. White seeds.
