(Artichoke) Outstanding variety for size, weight, taste, and performance. Becoming the standard softneck among garlic aficionados, Inchellium is of medium heat with a nice lingering garlic flavor that  can become sharper in storage.  Discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation in Inchellium, WA it is listed in the Slow Foods Ark of Taste signifying special cultural and culinary distinction. Classic variety for braiding. 9-20 cloves per bulb. Mid season harvest.
