Zemo not only has an average of 4-5 very large cloves making it easy for cooking with but also boasts an excellent raw, medium spicy heat and lingering pungent garlic taste. Originally from the Republic of Georgia Zemo grows strong and healthy in our northern climates. Exceptionally large seed garlic with  wonderfully large cloves. Zemo is also a great choice for making garlic powder!
