Uprising Seeds is dedicated to providing an excellent source for certified organic, open-pollinated and heirloom seeds and we meet or exceed Federal germination standards. All lots germ to our satisfaction or are removed  from our catalogue for that year.
We believe you will be happy with your order.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement or refund.

Liability

Uprising Seeds liability is limited solely to the purchase price or replacement of your order. 
We are not responsible for any loss or damage beyond this.

 With seed garlic, we do our best by working with growers who farm in favorable climates to produce clean seed, by monitoring crops through the season, using proper rotation and selecting and grading bulbs. That being said we cannot guarantee it to be free of disease and pests.
Growing a crop from seed involves many factors beyond our control. We are committed to providing excellent seeds.  The rest is up to you!
