Amaranthus caudatus
This is a lovely and unique plant both in the garden and in a vase standing 4-5' tall with cascading medium red colored and abundant blooms.  Flowers last until last frost and are also beautiful dried.  Also known as Inca Wheat and dating back to before the 16th century.  A dramatic name for a dramatic plant and one we grow every year.  Pink Seed.
